We actively monitor all our substances to ensure compliance with registration and other obligations before and after REACH implementation. Since REACH registration of the first substance was completed on November 3, 2010, we have to date finalized registration for a total of 89 substances.
Türkiye, the United Kingdom and other countries have also issued chemical management regulations that are similar to EU REACH. At present, the products we export to Türkiye and the United Kingdom have, respectively, completed pre-registration and the Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) applicable in the UK to ensure we meet local regulatory requirements.
