Trust Chem takes its responsibility to employees and society seriously and is committed to complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, as well as occupational health and safety standards. We prioritize environmental protection, safety and health management, and conduct our business sustainably with a responsible attitude towards our employees and society.
Our primary priorities are “zero work injuries, zero pollution, zero accidents”. We have created a carefully controlled environment including a meticulous occupational health and safety management system; we ensure the control of “the Three Wastes” is compliant with regulatory noise control noise and dust pollution; we adopt process equipment upgrades to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, additionally ensuring the safety of our employees’ working environment and the prevention of occupational diseases. We have achieved accreditation for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and continuously measure and target improvements in our performance to guarantee continued compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety rules and regulations.
Trust Chem’s ongoing investments reflect the company’s long-term focus on environmental, health and safety stewardship. We adhere to the concept of green and sustainable development and have been forging ahead with measures to deliver results in this area.
We actively monitor all our substances to ensure compliance with registration and other obligations before and after REACH implementation. Since REACH registration of the first substance was completed on November 3, 2010, we have to date finalized registration for a total of 89 substances.
Türkiye, the United Kingdom and other countries have also issued chemical management regulations that are similar to EU REACH. At present, the products we export to Türkiye and the United Kingdom have, respectively, completed pre-registration and the Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) applicable in the UK to ensure we meet local regulatory requirements.
Our company commissioned EcoVadis, a professional third-party CSR assessment service company, to conduct a corporate social responsibility assessment. The result: Trust Chem was awarded a bronze medal. The CSR assessment includes four main aspects: the environment, labor rights, business ethics and sustainable procurement. We are committed to continuously improving our CSR performance and continue to build our capabilities in order to fulfill our social responsibilities.
